During the checkout process, please make sure to include relevant information in the “Checkout Order Note” form. This includes specifying the type of model you require and referencing any previous conversations or instructions we have had regarding your order.
After placing your order, you will receive a regular email from bogo workshop, which will provide further details regarding the customization process and any additional information we may require. If you have not contacted us previously or added any specific notes during checkout, this email will help us ensure that we have all the necessary information to proceed with your order.
For 3D models designed for CNC milling, please note the following important details:
- Most of our products can be converted to appropriate formats for CNC milling. You can choose the file formats that you prefer for your CNC milling machine.
- Converting a product into a digital 3D model for CNC milling incurs an additional fee of 50 euros. This fee covers the conversion process and includes up to 5 revisions of the model based on your feedback.
- Based on your CNC milling machine model, CNC milling settings, and the available tools, we can generate toolpaths and generate G-code files to facilitate the milling process.
- The delivered digital products are intended for personal use only. Redistribution or public release of the 3D models may result in charges against the customer.
- If you wish to purchase a model for mass production and distribution, we can transfer all rights to the new product owner and remove the product from stage1.bogoworkshop.com.
