At bogo workshop, we do not maintain a stock of ready-made products. Instead, every product is manufactured upon customer order and in consultation with the customer regarding customization details.
Our goal is to provide you with a high-quality product in the shortest possible time frame. Typically, the manufacturing process takes around 2-3 days. However, for larger or more complex orders, it may be necessary to extend the production time. The maximum production time we allow is 14 days.
We understand the importance of delivering your product within a reasonable time frame. If, for any reason, we are unable to manufacture and send your product within 14 days, we will take full responsibility. In such cases, we will send you the product free of charge, refund your payment, and cover any associated fees.
