After you put your order if product customizable bogo workshop will send you mail to ask you for some additional details about customization and additional measurements.

bogo workshop have no products stock. Every product is manufactured upon customer order and consultation with customer regarding customization details.

We will manufacture product in shortest possible time usually 2-3 days. But in some cases maximum production time is 14 days.

If we do not manufacture product and send to you in 14 days we will refund your payment and all fees included.

Shipping is usually 5-9 days and all packages include tracking service.

After we send your package you will get mail with tracking number and tracking page.
