REFUND POLICY

bogo Workshop, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes Refunds may be necessary. That’s why we have implemented a customer-friendly Refund Policy to provide a quality shopping experience.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged. Additionally, return shipping costs may be applicable, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refund first steps

In case you received a defective or damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

Refund request

Refunds at the bogo workshop are subject to the following guidelines:

To initiate a Refund, simply contact our customer support team through our website Contact Form, over Social Media Networks or email. Please provide your order details and a brief explanation for the Refund. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Refund authorization, if applicable.

Non-Customized Products

Refunds for custom products are only possible in the following cases:

  • Full refund (product price) is possible for damaged products or products with manufacturing defects.
  • Shipping costs will be refunded at 80% of the original shipping cost.
  • The customer will be given the option to request a replacement product. If they choose not to receive a replacement, returning the product to the bogo workshop will not be necessary.
  • The refund amount will be processed promptly through PayPal.

Custom Products

Refunds for custom products are only possible in the following cases:

  • If the product is damaged during shipping.
  • If the dimensions or features of the product do not meet the customer’s required specifications (due to production errors).
  • The customer will be given the option to request a replacement product with the correct dimensions and features at no additional cost.
  • If the customer chooses not to receive a replacement, a refund will be processed promptly through PayPal.
  • In all other cases, refunds for custom products are not possible.

Refund period

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase if possible and Refund costs do not exceed Product price. In that case bogo workshop will refund over PayPal, if possible. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refund fair resolution

The bogo workshop aims to provide prompt and fair resolutions for any issues regarding product quality or customization. Refunds are handled in accordance with these guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
