You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order within 48 hours, but before the product enters the manufacturing phase in our workshop, you can still do so. However, please note that if you have ordered a custom product, a partial refund will be issued after deducting a fee of 15 euros for the model design process. Rest assured, you will receive the model by mail along with a refund report.
