When ordering a custom 3D model for 3D printers, please follow the specific procedure outlined below:

  1. Prior to placing your order, if you are considering ordering a 3D model for 3D printers, we recommend contacting us with a detailed request and discussing the availability to fulfill your specific requirements. This step ensures that we can assess the feasibility of your request and provide you with accurate information.

  2. During the checkout process, please make sure to include relevant information in the “Checkout Order Note” form. This includes specifying the type of model you require and referencing any previous conversations or instructions we have had regarding your order.

  3. After placing your order, you will receive a regular email from bogo workshop, which will provide further details regarding the customization process and any additional information we may require. For 3D models designed for 3D printers, the majority of our products can be converted to appropriate formats such as STL files, G-code files, and other compatible formats. However, please note the following important details:

  • Converting a product into a digital 3D model for 3D printers incurs an additional fee of 50 euros. This fee covers the conversion process and includes up to 5 revisions of the model based on your feedback.
  • We can also generate G-code files based on your 3D printer model and settings, facilitating the printing process.
  • The delivered digital products are intended for personal use only. Redistribution or public release of the 3D models may result in charges against the customer.
  • If you wish to purchase a model for mass production and distribution, we can transfer all rights to the new product owner and remove the product from stage1.bogoworkshop.com.

By following this procedure, we can ensure that your custom 3D model for 3D printers meets your specifications and requirements, providing you with a satisfactory result for your printing needs.
