We are thrilled to announce the satisfaction of our valued customer, Michael from the UK, who recently received a specially designed Thumb rest for his Fender Aerodyne Bass Guitar made in Japan back in 2005. Our collaboration with Michael involved several email exchanges to discuss dimensions and desired features, resulting in the creation of more than 30 unique Thumb rest models. However, Michael had a unique vision, and we gladly followed his lead, developing two distinct Thumb rest variations for his Fender Aerodyne Bass made in Japan, differing in height with options at 6mm and 8mm.

We are thrilled to announce that our new customer has finally received their Bass ramp for the Marcus Miller Sire V bass. Although there was a minor delivery issue, we want to clarify that it was unrelated to our services and was solely attributed to the Hungary Post Office. Despite this setback, we are proud to report that our Bass ramp was expertly crafted without the physical presence of the bass guitar during the production process. Consequently, taking precise measurements of the Marcus Miller Sire V bass was not feasible at the time. However, we are indebted to our esteemed customer, Zoltán Suki, who graciously took on the responsibility of providing us with the necessary measurements through diligent communication and dimension rechecks.
Through accurate craftsmanship, we successfully produced a Bass ramp that exceeded expectations. Constructed from premium Ash wood and finished with a Bleach in Ebony color, the ramp was finaly varnished with acrylic to enhance its durability and aesthetics. Despite not having a physical model for reference, we are pleased to announce that the Bass ramp fits flawlessly, with a remarkable precision of less than 0.2mm. The alignment of the ramp’s holes with the pickguard holes is ideal, ensuring a smooth integration. To further enhance compatibility, we incorporated standard pickguard screws into the design by projecting the screw holes lower.

After a month of dedicated effort, we have successfully developed an enhanced version of the Bogo workshop. We have addressed numerous design and functional issues, resulting in a greatly improved user experience.
Improved concepts:
The home page has been updated to include an RSS feed, showcasing the latest and featured products. Additionally, we have included sections for contact information and testimonials.
We have introduced a new Coupons page, offering a wide range of discounts. Users can now conveniently scan QR codes to apply discounts during their sessions, or simply copy the coupon codes.
To enhance the shopping experience. We have implemented weight-based shipping and free shipping options. Furthermore, all products now offer various variations, allowing customers to customize their orders with different materials and colors.
We have eliminated most of the problematic plugins. For a smoother browsing experience. Our pages have also been optimized for fast loading on different devices, achieving a 100% score on Google Page Speed.
To simplify the login process, we have added social login and registration options on the login, register, and product pages. Customers can now easily connect through their preferred social networks or WhatsApp, or contact us via email using the implemented contact form.
Product descriptions have been thoroughly revised. Providing clear and concise information to assist customers in making informed decisions. Moreover, the design of the product pages has been enhanced. We incorporate variation swatches for easier selection. Customers can also access QR codes for quick redirection to the checkout page with the default product variation. Added product reviews with star ratings, apply coupons, contact us through a modal window, and register directly as guests.

The About page has been completely rewritten. Offering a more engaging and informative overview of our workshop.

During this time, we have been hard at work, developing and creating new products. We have successfully designed and crafted almost 600 new models, along with 400 updated versions of existing products. Our goal is to expand our product range to offer nearly 1000 unique items by the start of 2023.
We understand that some customers have expressed concern about our unpainted wood products. We want to clarify that the product images displayed on our website may showcase working models that are not yet completely finished. We acknowledge that this practice may have caused confusion and disappointment. Moving forward, all updated products will be presented as finished items, with no optional painting service. However, we still offer customization services for every product, ensuring that each piece meets the unique preferences of our customers.
In the coming month, we have exciting updates planned for our website. We will be refreshing the product images, enhancing the descriptions, and most importantly, revising the pricing. Drawing from our experience over the past 6 months, we aim to optimize our pricing structure, offering more competitive and affordable prices. Additionally, we have worked to negotiate better shipping rates, providing cost-effective and reliable delivery options for our customers.
While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, we want to acknowledge potential delays due to customs clearance. While our estimated delivery period is 3-5 days, customs procedures can extend the delivery time up to 25 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
We would like to address the challenges we have faced with PayPal payments. As mentioned in our product descriptions, we operate on a made-to-order basis and do not maintain stock. This means that we require a few days for production before shipping. Consequently, we are unable to provide a tracking number immediately upon payment in certain cases. We are actively working to resolve this issue to improve the overall payment and order fulfillment process.
