New regulations regarding orders

Since bogoworkshop.com go online we high tolerance regarding our customers. Mostly problems were dimensions related and Customers Local Post Office delivery problems.

 

Sometimes happens that we have to make multiple models, make same product multiple times and pay multiple shipping costs, just for the reason that Customers  do not understand that measurements have to be accurate. Almost all products are small and 1mm difference matters a lot. But to miss 3-4mm every time you take measurements are unacceptable. We accept all costs if we make and you will get new updated product with zero cost.

From now any Order with inaccurate measurements will be treated as Completed order without right to any complaint by customer.

There was few Customers Local Post Office delivery problems that we facing in last few months. We send packages multiple times. By Tracking information’s packages were Delivered but Customers claimed that they didn’t get package. Also there was packages returns, with note that Customer didn’t accept package. Most of this problems were located in UK and Ireland.

From now every Package that by Tracking information’s is delivered or returned is considering Completed order.

Anyway we have to explain our Costs.
Example:
Customer order Custom Thumb rest for 20 euro+8 euro shipping. 28 euros summary.
Production+Package+Shipping is 15 euro.
Customer claims that he didn’t receive package. Again Production+Package+Shipping is 15 euro.
We have minus of 2 euro on that order. And every next time we have extra minus of 15 euro on same order.

Customer won’t pick up package, we pay 25 euros for Package return. Plus Production+Package+Shipping is 15 euro.
We have minus of 12 euro on that order.
