🛒 What is the ordering procedure?
After you place your order, if the product is customizable, bogo workshop will email you to confirm details like sizing, materials, or engraving options. Your accessory will be built specifically to match your preferences.
🕒 What is the production time?
We don’t keep stock—every product is made to order. Most items are crafted in 2–3 days. In rare cases, production can take up to 14 days. If we’re unable to fulfill your order within that time, we’ll refund your payment in full, including any fees.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 5–9 days depending on location. All packages include a tracking number, which will be sent to your email as soon as the item ships.
💳 What payment methods are accepted?
We support multiple payment options including:

- PayPal
- Crypto.com Pay
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
💸 What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are available for product value. We cannot refund shipping costs. If your item is defective or not made to specification, we will resolve the issue or provide a full refund including fees.
